The recirculating version of the famous Q blow off valve.
Can be left open to the atmosphere (makes an even nicer sound!) but is designed to easily plumb-back it's discharge to the air intake for quieter (and legal) operation, avoiding momentary over-rich conditions due to atmospheric BOV's on most draw thru MAF turbo setups.
